So, it’s a platform where barter or exchange of leads can happen between real estate agents and builders. Now the question arises, why would you do that or how will it benefit you.
Some of the benefits of exchanging leads through agent collaboration are:
Low ROI: the first reason is that you are already investing huge amounts in marketing and the conversion rates have been very low.

Step1: As an agent or builder you can submit your old leads on myverifiedleads.com
Step2: Our team will verify the leads submitted by you
Step 3: Based on the verification we will provide you with credits. So if we have got 10 verified leads from your data, then you will get credits for those 10 leads only. The credits for each lead will depend on the budget and other aspects. So higher value potential leads will fetch you more credits than the lower value potential leads.
Step 4: The credits received from my verified leads can be used to search and purchase leads from other agents in our common pool section which is called "Lead Search". The lead search section will have all the verified Leads from all the agents in a searchable format.
So by the above process, the agents can collaborate and exchange their leads to get verified leads. The credit cost for a particular lead for the buying, selling, and barter process remains the same
We use manual and technology processes to verify the leads shared by our clients. Once the leads are verified then will be available in a Lead search section of our website along with the filter to fetch the lead of your choice. This section will have all the leads and you have the option to filter the leads through various parameters like locality, budget, project name, city, etc.
In case you like the lead then you have the option to view the contact of the lead, as soon as you view the contact number the available credits will be used for the same.
